This spring has been crazy just like every other part of our year!! I swear there is always a lot to keep us going in life. Updates on the family!
Little Malek is growing bigger by the day I think and taking up more and more of his mommys interiour space. He is just like his big sister and loves to hang out in my right rib cage!!! He is very active and always moving in there. Watch out world here comes another busy little Sutton boy!!!
Lexi: She is Ms. INDEPENDENT!!! she wants to do everything "self a me" and she is actually pretty good at doing most things by her self. She can dress herself and pick out her outfits. She tells me how to do her hair every day and what she wants to eat. This little ladie has quit the opinion and I love it. She loves to play outside with her best friend Zoe and she will go out there for hours at a time with a shovel a bowl and a spot full of dirt! She is wonderful at entertaining herself and for that I am so grateful! Her most recent quotes and stories are worth sharing and saving. About a month at I had to stay after church to practice a song with the young women so Matt and Lexi went to my parents for dinner. Lexi Always wants to wear her Easter Dress to church and NEVER wants to take it off after. So she was in a beautiful dress and Grandpa Mike thought she should wear a bib over that dress during dinner so she wouldn't get it messy! He put the bib on her and she ripped it off and said "no" after he sat down. He went to get up from his seat and put the bib back on and she looked at him pointed her finger right at him with dropped eye brows and said " You sit down". Needless to say everyone laughed and grampa lost that battle. A few days later we were all ridding in the car and Lexi was in the back doing the 2 year old broken record thing and Matt turned around and said Lexi stop talking mom and I are trying to talk. Well a few days later Matt came home from lunch and she had something to say so she told him. "stop talking dad, I'm talking to mom!!" The last lexi story is this one day Matt was having egg sandwiches for lunch and Lexi thought she wanted one too, but every time she tried it she would shiver in disgust. So Matt asked her if he could have a bit of her sandwich. She said no we convinced her to let him have one bit (which we knew would take care of most of the sandwich). After he had his one bite she said "Daddy no, mines sandwich. Bad choice, I'm going to spank your bum." Matt and I started laughing. I have been telling her about good and bad choices lately and obviously she did not think Matt made a very good choice. Man we love this little girl and she is always keeping us on our toes!!!
Matt: Matt has been taking realtor classes this spring and is going to be starting a new job next week with Chad and Jon. He is so excited for change and I can't blame him. We feel like this job has really been an answer to prayers and we look forward to the opportunity!
Mom: I have been trying to get June all figured out with volleyball camps and other things so that when this baby comes we will be ready. I have also been a nesting little mommy. I painted and redecorated a new room for lexi, organized a lot of our house and prepared a new nursery for Malek. I am so excited about how both rooms turned out and Lexi has done awesome sleeping in the basement!!! Mom is almost 37 weeks and after that we say bring it on little baby we are ready for you to come.
Other family: Craig and Rachel baught a new house in IF and it's great it has lots of land and room for the kids to run. Craig got a new job and it should be a lot more stable. Troy and Kara but there house on the market and are hoping to move. Keelie and Jordon move home with there sweet little faimly and have found a great home and will be here in 3 weeks. Grandma Red is all done teaching and we can't wait to have her around more to play with us!!! We are so blessed as a family!!!
Picture time!
I planned a quick little get away for our family to go to Utah this spring, but I forgot Matt had realtor classes every Friday and Saturday so I decided to invite Bailey to come with Lexi and I to Utah. It was fun to get away and have a relaxing weekend. We did miss our daddy though. We went to city creek, at lots of good food. Went to the Hoogle zoo and played in the pool! Here are some fun pictures!!

I suck at blogging!
I admire those of you who are so great at blogging because well... I SUCK AT IT!!! I want to do better because this is about the best journal I have going. Life gets going and is so fun I forget to sit down and write about it. The last few months since September when I last blogged I believe have been fun just like the rest and CRAZY!!! So here goes another catch up blog. Month by month might be the best!
Oct.
October was great Volleyball for me. We took third in our conference which I thought was pretty good considering Bonneville and Century took first and second at state in the 4A division. I'm looking forward to taking the poky volleyball program to a great place! I had a great team of fun girls who worked hard, we had some drama, but for the most part it was a great year. Lexi loved the girls and loved volleyball. She was a cute lil zebra for halloween.
Nov.
November was fun we enjoyed some free time with not volleyball. I didn't coach basketball this year for the first time in 6 years. It was really wierd but also nice to have some free time to spend with family! Matt worked like crazy and we had somefun. On November 3rd we did a really awesome thing. We had the entire Harding family in the temple together to do a session. We were also able to do a chapel session together before the session and then those of us who were married went and did a session together and the single boys and young kids did baptisms together it was such a neat experience to be in the temple as a family and to feel of the spirit there. We had our Harding family Christmas party that night after that and it was so fun to see Lexi dressed as an Angel in the traditional nativity! She made a cute angel and loved being in front of everyone and able to be like the big kids. I also potty trained Lexi in November. She had been going for a while in the toilet so I decided it was time to bit the bullet and do it all the time! She caught on quick and we stopped buying diapers. I was excited to not have to change diapers for 7 months of my life!!!
Dec.
December is always so crazy! Time goes so fast! It was no different this year. Lexi turned 2 this December which is just crazy I swear just the other day I was bringing home a tiney beautiful baby and now I have a busy energetic toddler! She loved having a birthday Party and loved opening presents. She got spoiled by her family and loved every minute of it. She also loves to sing " HAppy to you" The birthday song. She doesn't really care who it's for she just loves to sing it! Christmas was really fun and we enjoyed spending time with family. My parents went to Illinois for Christmas. For the first time in 25 years I spend Christmas without them. It was kind of weird but wonderful none the less! Lexi got spoiled again and made lots of memories!! Matt worked way way too much in December so we were grateful for Christmas break to have some daddy time! I got a new calling as the YW secretary. I was so excited to serve the youth of our ward and with some amazing women!
Jan.
New years day we went bowling with the Sutton's and it was so fun. Lexi loved bowling and she did pretty good with the bumpers. of course she wanted to do it "SElf OF ME" She loves to be independent! After we went to Tom and Ruths house and Roger brought out his 4-wheeler and took the kids around the yard on sleds! My little adrenaline Junkie LOVED THIS!!! If she wasn't on the sled she was on the 4-wheeler bossing someone around!! Matt and I had to take turns outside watching her because we got so cold but she refused to come inside! She loved every lap she got to take! Matt and I celebrated our 4th Anniversary in January and it was really nice. I can't believe all of this things we have done in 4 years! my how time flies! I couldn't be happier to be marrried to such a wonderful and loving husband and father!!! I can't wait to spend Eternity with Matt! He really is my best friend and I don't know what I would do without him! For our Anniversary we went to dinner and then we went to a HHS girls bball game. My husband knows how to keep me happy. I really missed watching the girls play ball this year so it was fun to get out and go watch them!!!
Feb.
Work and play happened in Feburary. Matt was doing some work for Ashlee and Shawn my cousins in Boise so Lexi and I were able to go with him and spend some time with Ashlee and her kids as well as see Daddy. It was really fun to get to know Ashlee and her kids better. Lexi loved playing with "THE KIDS" She thought she was just one of the bunch and they were so nice and always included her. Matt went back another week during girls state basketball to finish tileing so that was fun to get to watch state basketball. Highland took 3rd and it was nice to have Matt and Lexi there with me this year. Lexi loved the Chocolate milk and the free ice cream she kept getting!! We also found out the exciting news that we were going to have a baby boy in June! We couldn't be more excited to have another little one in our home and are so grateful to the lord for blessing our family at this time. We are excited to have one of each gender and will be excited to add more trains and trucks to our ever growing collection of pink princess things!!! I have felt a lot better this pregnancy so that has also been really nice to be a normal human being!
MARCH
Where is the year going! Wow its already March. I am almost in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and can't wait for this little guy to get here. Ok I really can wait cuz I know its not time but I am really excited to have our family grow! I stopped skiing this month at Doctors request and I am sad to miss our at Targhee but it will still be fun to spend time with family and hopefully do some other fun things!! Keelie and her family just got here yesterday and I'm so excited to have them home for a few weeks! Her kids are getting so big and it's so fun to be around them. They will move home in June for sure and I can't wait. It's been a long time since they lived here and I can't wait to have them around! Matt started taking realtor classes this month and has had some job opportunities open up that we are really excited about!! He is ready for change and so are we. His body can't do tile forever and he has worked a lot of long hard hours and were all ready for some change. Change however is scary, especially when you figure were about to add one more person to his list of people he provides for. Matt is such a hard worker and is determined to succeed so I know he will do great at what ever he does!!! I am getting ready for the warm spring weather since I can't ski! Lexi and Zoe and I have started going on more walks and enjoying our time outside ! Lexi is a total jabber box and has finally got in her last front teeth! She took forever to get her teeth in. I will only be so lucky if the rest of our kids take that long. She loves to help around the house!! She liked to help vaccume, unload the dishwasher and clean up her toys! I love that she is such a big helper and I know it will be especially nice when she has a little brother to help take care of. She is like a sponge and wants to learn and explore everything I love it!!! more march pictures to come!!!

LIFE...........................
I love this crazy tragic, sometimes almost magic, aweful beatiful life!!!!!
I really do!!
Well summer flew by this year. We had so much fun with family and friends! In July we went to Sun Valley with the Mickelsen family. We camped in a beatiful place, ate great food, and had a lot of fun adventures. The first day we got there and the kids played in this awesome splash pad in down town ketchem while some of the adults went window shopping. ( none of us can afford to buy anything in sun valley! ) But its sure fun to look. There is an amazing furniture gallery there with so many amazing pieces I was in HEAVEN!!!! The next day we went to the Alturas Lake. It was so fun and brought back a lot of childhood memories. We used to go there for family reunions! the kids played and loved the water. Even at its less than comforting COLD temperature! On day Three we decided to just have a chill day. We were going to let the older kids play around camp. They had build 5 or 6 little forts to play in and were really enjoying themselves. My mom, dad, and jen were going to go for a bike ride. Matt and I were also going to go for a less adverturesome bike ride and take lexi to ride along. Well we got about 1 mile down the bike path, and matt blew out Both of the tires on his bike! ( He felt like a fat kid!) so We were heading back when my mom and dad and jen caught up and decided to take lexi and I along with them while Matt would come pick me up on the River Run side of Sun Valley. Well we did it and it was so fun. I wasn't very fast lugging Lexi behind but it worked out great. The kids hiked a CRAZY scary mountain with Uncle Brandon , aunt Keelie, and uncle Jordon. Glad I took Lexi with me! The last day Brandon and Jen left early so we kept their bikes and went for a ride with lexi, Matt and I. It was so fun. Lexi loves to ride the "BIKE" and Matt and I always enjoy being together. Side note from the trip. We decided to take Zoe and Bruce( Keelies dog) It turned out ok. Zoe loved to be around another dog. Zoe spent most of her time at camp on a leash thought because she would get so excited and want to play with Bruce. Keelie took zoe for a hike and said she was about as sure footed as a horse as she walks up shale mountain sides with ease. The really epic story though is that I got up early to cook breakfast for our meal, so I let Zoe off her leash to run free before Bruce was out. I was cooking breakfast when I hear my mom say Moose and watch my dog go running after it in a field close by. I had tried to be quiet so everyone could sleep but then I burst out yelling ZOE COME!!! of course intrigued by this fun game of chase she doesn't come. the moose continues to run away and I decide I better go after my STUPID DOG and she if I can get her to come back. Right when I head in the direction she disapeard she comse back and all I can think is I hope the moose isn't chasing you now. luckily the moose was stupid and afraid of my dog! We could have had a REAL ADVENTURE if not.
Other things that have been going on around here. Matt has been working a ton (whats new). I have been coaching lots of volleyball and Lexi is gettings really big and so fun. She is starting to try to say everything you say. She is constantly entertaining us. I am really ready to stop taking care of flowers! Bring on the fall and I have loved being able to can. Ruth came and helped me can some pears and some Relish. I also did some pickles on my own and I am planning to can Stewed tomatoes and salsa in the next few weeks! Sorry this doesn't have pictures. I didn't take in while we were in sun valley!

Summer So Far!
Wow Summer has been crazy. I think thats the only was summer knows how to be. Matt has worked a lot we have played a lot. Mom has done lots of volleyball camps. Lexi has done lots of playing and family has been around. What more can we ask for. We had a great trip with the suttons to Island Park as usual! We always love to spend a few days with family. I didn't take any pictures though because I was having tooo much fun playing in the water! I will have to steal some pictures from Ruths computer to share with you our fun time. Lexi went on her first tube ride and She loved it. She is a fish. She loved the cold water and cried when we would make her come back to the cabin. I got to go wake boarding for the first time in 3 years and It was as fun as I had remembered. I love to be on the water. Matt got up on a wake board and did awesome!!! He was the driver most of the time and we loved having so much fun with our daddy!
The next week Matt worked and worked until the 3rd. That night we made a last minute decision to go to Driggs to go camping and then to go watch the Hot Air Balloon rally! It was so fun to get away! WE packed up all our camping stuff the baby and the dog and headed out. The balloon rally brought back great memories of my childhood! I loved watching the balloons and lexi thought it was really fun too!

We recently spend 4 days in Iland PArk again. This time we went to work like dogs! Matt and I laid some tile for my cousin Casey. It was really fun to go be away and to work together but we worked really hard. We did manage to play a little, but I also managed to not take pictures of any of it. I know I suck. But give me some credit I'm getting better! What a fun summer so far. We can't wait for Keelie and her family to come and we will have so much fun with them!

Our crazy, wonderful, busy life!
Life as of late as been crazy as usual! We have been redoing out yard, accepting new jobs, chasing a crazy baby, training for races, visiting family, and Working! Most of the fun things listed above mommy gets to do and Daddy mostly works, but we are so grateful for him and his williness to work so hard to support our little family! Mommy took a new job as the Head volleyball coach at Pocatello High School (yes I know thats the"wrong" school, but the opportunity presented it self and I couldnt turn it down). I am in the process of planning camps and getting things ready to go for the fall. I have a really great group of girls and I couldn't be more excited about the future that we all have together as the Indians Volleyball team! Lexi is as crazy as EVER! She is one busy little girl. We love her spunk and saucy personality (well most of the time, somedays she tests my patience, but what kid doesn't?) she is starting to say more words all the time. she knows how to open the fridge and get her own sippy and anything else she things she wants. She has recently started saying Mama and PaPa we didn't teach her that but she says that for grandma and gradpa, but of course not when they are around that would be do nice of her. She will only say words on her time table not on mommys commands!
Lexi and I had an exciting adventure last week we went to Peoria, IL to visit my sister Keelie and her family! It was so great to go see them. It was Lexis first time on a plane and My first time since our honey moon! We flew stand by and everything on the way out went great. We got on all of our flights and were in peoria on Keelies bday and right on time. We had lots of fun playing with the kids going for walks, eating ice cream, and enjoying eachothers company. I can't wait for next year when my sister will live in Pocatello and I can see her whenever I want! It was fun to meet all of their friends and to see where they lived though. There was only one bad part of our trip...... Daddy didn't get to come and we missed him, I think he might of missed us more. that was the first time daddy has been left home alone for that long. He was having a hard time. Needless to say the reunion when we got home was GREAT!!!
Lexi getting excited about the airpains in SLC.
Maya and Lexi waiting for Addies Kindergarten program to start!
Friends or Enemys? That is the question!
Ice CREAM!
That is one tired lil man.
I'm leaven on a Jet Plane!!!!
look closely the stroller is actually laying on the suitcase. I got tired of watching her flintch because her neck was so kinked!
ALL In All a very fun trip. Thank you Keelie and the Marshall clan for such a fun week. We love you and miss you!

Catch up blog!
Since Christmas life has been crazy and I haven't been very good at taking pictures I will try to do better. I love Pictures, but my mom was always taking them when I was younger. I haven't figured out that most of the time if I don't take pictures there wont be any. This is going to be lots of pictures and a little bit of writing! Those are my favorite!!!
1st My mom and I went to the girls State Basketball Tourney in Boise. It was fun to get away and have a fun weekend. The girls didn't do as well as we had hoped but all in all it was a good time. 2/16-2/18 Mommy and lexi at the Idaho Center.
Cousin Bailey and lexi after the girls last game. lexi in her HHS GEAR!!
Daddy Got a new toy!! Matt is going to start doing more landscaping this summer and he got a skidster! He was like a kid on Christmas! I'm so excited for him and for this step forward in our lives!! That is one happy boy!!!
This one deserves a write up. One day I decided to make cookies I used the rest of the eggs and threw them away. The bosch was going so I couldn't hear anything. When I was done I went to look for Lexi. She had removed the egg carton and was breaking the eggs and Zoe was eating them. I laughed went and got the camera and then I cleaned up the mess!! Those two are a dangerous combo!
This was lexis "Troll Face" We would tell her do the troll face and this is what she would do. We are such good parents!!
This one is kind of blurry, but ill explain. lexi loves to play with bows and headbands so she pulled them out and Matt put them on both of them. They were looking pretty fly.
This is lexi at Gma and Gpa Mickelsens in their old kid rocking chair! She loves anything that makes her feel BIG!
Ace Ventura anyone!
Mommys ski helmet and daddys work gloves!
Ms. messy face
Im so big with my own goldfish bowl in my own chair watching something!
The last recent adventure was when we went to Denver in march for a volleyball tourney. Matt and Lexi came and it was so fun. Lexi was a trooper watching volleyball all day. She even took naps everyday in the gym. This girl is already a gym rat and I'm ok with that! I am so grateful for a wonderful husband who supports me in all that I do but especially in my passion for coaching. I couldn't do it without him and I love him and the person he has helped me become! Here he is being a wonderful dad and supportive hubby!
She is ready to hit the ball!!! She slept like this every day at the tourney!
Spring break soon to come!
